Tell me about the role

This diverse and rewarding senior role will design, coordinate and deliver education and training to support clinicians to build the skills they require for senior clinical roles.

You will develop a workforce of senior clinicians who have the capacity to ensure that the headspace network can support the needs of a growing workforce into the future.

Ultimately through the work of the senior clinicians you support, you will positively impact the competence, confidence and resilience of the Australian youth mental health workforce.

What we're looking for

A collaborative and skilled senior clinician who can understand and grow the capability of senior clinicians through a program of training and education. You will have:

• Qualification and appropriate registration in an allied health clinical discipline.
• Experience as a senior clinician in a youth mental health setting.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and skill development for allied health clinicians in a youth context.
• Demonstrated relevant project/program management experience.
• Experience in the development and delivery of training and resource packages.
• An understanding of change management and adult learning principles.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of youth mental health policy and frameworks.
