About the role

At headspace, we're on a mission to improve the lives of young Australians and their families. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Clinical Advisor to play a key leadership role in shaping and strengthening clinical practice across our national centre network.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Clinical Advisor, you'll bring your clinical expertise and strategic mindset to a dynamic and fast paced environment. You'll:

  • Provide high level clinical advice across national programs and campaigns
  • Develop innovative, evidence informed resources, tools and training
  • Work closely with headspace centres to support consistent, high quality, youth friendly services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, young people and families in co-design processes
  • Lead and contribute to projects that drive continuous improvement in youth mental health care
  • Support the implementation of clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives nationally

Your work will support our mission to empower young people to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

What you bring:

You're a senior mental health clinician with:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy or mental health nursing
  • Full registration (or eligibility) with your relevant professional body (AHPRA or AASW)
  • A deep understanding of youth mental health, early intervention, and evidence based care
  • Demonstrated experience translating clinical evidence into practical, scalable service delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills
  • A passion for collaboration, innovation and supporting others to grow
