We are seeking a dynamic Project and Content Manager to join our Early Career Program (ECP) team - an initiative focused on growing a skilled and sustainable youth mental health workforce.
You'll play a key role in managing exciting national projects from ideation to delivery, while also creating high quality resources, and facilitating processes that support the broader team to deliver the Early Career Program.
This role combines end-to-end project management with hands on resource development - think implementation guides, process documents, weekly newsletters to stakeholders and more. You'll work with passionate colleagues and collaborate with centre staff, clinicians, educators, and key stakeholders across the sector.
What you'll do:
- Lead medium scale projects with purpose and accuracy (including managing timelines, overseeing budgets, and establishing governance structures).
- Design and develop impactful project documentation, resources and tools.
- Take a lead on facilitating and enabling the day-to-day delivery of program activities.
- Develop regular written communication to key stakeholder groups.
- Build strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate on data collection and undertaking data analysis to contribute to program evaluation and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement to support program delivery.
What you bring:
You're a confident and capable professional with:
- Project management: A relevant degree and 3+ years of project management experience.
- Stakeholder engagement: Experience managing competing stakeholder needs, with a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement in project and/or program management.
- Communication skills: A person-first approach to written and verbal communication that aligns to organisational brand guidelines.
- Problem solving & resource development: Experience in problem solving and implementing solutions (such as processes or developing resources) to support program delivery.
- Change management: Experience supporting teams through change, with a person-centred approach to change management in a dynamic environment.
- Data management: Experience in collecting, managing, and analysing operational data (and confident using Excel and other tools to do so).
Bonus points if you have:
- A certification in project management frameworks (such as PRINCE2, PMP or other project certifications).
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector, the public sector, mental health, health, or community services.
- Familiarity with headspace, mental health and/or youth focused programs.
