About the role
This exciting and diverse position will:
- Grow the awareness, understanding, uptake and advocacy of headspace services for young people and the communities that support them, including eheadspace, headspace Online Communities, headspace Work & Study, headspace Schools & Communities and the headspace Early Career Program.
- Develop compelling value propositions, marketing strategies and campaigns for each of headspace's services.
- Be responsible for shaping and executing the headspace services marketing strategy, including national campaigns, digital performance marketing, website landing page optimisation and community engagement.
- Consult with, influence and work across a vast stakeholder network, including headspace staff and mental health clinicians, the network of headspace centres, agencies and partners.
- Manage one direct report - the Marketing Advisor, headspace Services.
Who we're looking for
headspace is seeking a dynamic, experienced and commercially-minded professional with:
- Demonstrated success in managing effective end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive community awareness or behaviour change.
- Demonstrated evidence of critical thinking with an ability to turn insight into action.
- Proven track record in building and managing trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers to deadline and budget.
- Demonstrated calm, flexible and team-oriented manner.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a marketing role, with minimum 3 years in people management position.
