headspace is Australia's leading youth mental health organisation, with services in over 154 communities across the country. We support young people-and those who care for them-to strengthen their mental health and wellbeing. Our work is purposeful, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that all young Australians deserve to thrive.
We're looking for a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join our People & Culture team for a 12-month parental leave cover. We're still building the foundations, so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys shaping the basics and helping a team grow its use of data.
Working within our People Services team, you'll use our HR system and data to produce reporting that supports decision-making, informs strategic planning, and enhances how we support and develop our people. You'll also contribute to system optimisation, compliance reporting, and workforce planning-bringing clarity and consistency to how we manage and use people data.
This role can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis (4 days per week), with the flexibility of working from home and our Melbourne CBD office.
You're naturally curious, data-driven, and enjoy using data to spot trends and tell stories about how we work and grow together. You enjoy translating complexity into simplicity, making data accessible and actionable for diverse audiences. You're confident working with Excel and your HRIS, and you bring an eye for detail, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in building and improving.
There's a lot on the agenda, with foundational work underway and projects moving at pace-so this role suits someone who enjoys getting involved, shaping the basics, and contributing to meaningful change. You'll be comfortable managing competing demands, navigating consultation with multiple stakeholders, and finding opportunities to streamline and create value through data.
