About the role
The Digital Marketing and Content Advisor is responsible for crafting and implementing innovative strategies to create, optimise, and distribute compelling content. The Advisor will directly contribute to enhancing audience engagement and reach, strengthen headspace brand awareness and advocacy, and drive growth across digital platforms.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position will:
- Design and implement content strategies
- Create impactful storytelling by producing compelling narratives that engage and resonate with target audiences across digital and social media platforms
- Lead the identification of trends and topical issues
- Collaborate with youth reference groups to brainstorm and implement content ideas
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders
- Produce and edit high-quality engaging and on-brand content tailored for various digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on video content for platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram and Youtube
- Analyse and report on digital marketing performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation

Who we're looking for
headspace is seeking a proactive, agile and innovative person with:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field.
- Working knowledge of digital and social media channels, with a proven track record in the development, delivery and moderation of digital content and online communities.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and editing engaging content, including social media posts, digital ads, and vertical videos.
- Proficient in using tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Canva, CapCut, and/or various in-platform social media editing tools.
- Experience in the collection and analysis of data with digital tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build relationships both internally and external to the organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively, to prioritise work requirements, work autonomously when appropriate, consult appropriately and respond to direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated high level initiative and problem-solving capability.
