The Brand and Marketing team is part of the Engagement, Growth and Reputation Division. The team supports our organisation's goals by making clinical content more relatable and suitable, helping young people feel safe and supported.

what you'll do

As the Digital Marketing and Content Advisor, you will play an important role in crafting and implementing innovative strategies to create, optimise and distribute compelling content that enhances audience engagement and reach, strengthens headspace brand awareness and advocacy and drives growth across digital platforms.

You will be a proactive innovative professional, with experience in the delivery of digital marketing and communications through a range of channels.

Working in this role, you will: 

  • Design and implement digital content and social media strategies aligned with headspace's goals, audience needs and industry trends.
  • Create impactful storytelling by producing compelling narratives that engage and resonate with headspace's target audiences across digital and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with headspace youth reference groups to brainstorm and implement content ideas, ensuring that headspace consistently amplifies the authentic voice of young people and family.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders, as well as independently produce and edit high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content tailored for various digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on video content for platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube.

what you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who feels equally comfortable using project management tools, fixing spreadsheets and writing quick and effective copy.

You will also bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, or a related discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience in a related field.
  • Working knowledge of digital and social media channels, with a proven track record in the development, delivery and moderation of digital content and online communities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and editing engaging content, including social media posts, digital ads, and vertical videos.
  • Experience in the collection and analysis of data with digital tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
