headspace in collaboration with Beyond Blue deliver "Be You", the national mental health in education initiative. Be You supports educators from early learning services and schools to develop a positive, inclusive and resilient learning community where every child, young person, educator and family can achieve their best possible mental health. The initiative has a multidisciplinary team (Clinicians, educators and other professionals) who support school communities nationally.
An exciting role exists for an innovative and experienced professional to lead delivery, performance and development of the Be You program at the State level in Western Australia. The role manages a multidisciplinary team to ensure achievement of KPI's, contract deliverables, and timely, clinically sound support to schools. The role also requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to retain school relationships and strengthen current networks.
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced leader with a strong education or allied health background who understands the WA education and mental health landscape to lead the continued implementation of Be You (a mental health in education initiative). This position requires high level stakeholder engagement skills as we continue to collaborate with the WA education sector.
Additionally, the ability to strategically lead a team to implement of Be You with an understanding the issues experienced by schools across WA.
