Laurel House is seeking a unique individual for this exciting role to assist the newly appointed CEO deliver the next phase of growth for our organisation.
Reporting to the CEO, you will have a proven track record as a clinician whilst having developed your career in the areas of strategic, operational, and service management.
Working with and leading a passionate group of professional clinical staff members located in one of our offices you will be supported in your role. We offer:
Laurel House is a community-based government funded not-for-profit sexual assault and trauma counselling service operating across North and North West Tasmania for over 30 years.
We deliver a broad range of programs to adults, young people and children including the provision of therapeutic face to face counselling at our centres located at Launceston, Devonport, and Burnie, a 24-hour Support Service, forensic and legal victim support, and we have an expanding education, preventative, and early intervention program.
To lead and coordinate the Laurel House sexual assault support service provision across the North and North West of Tasmania, including counselling, education, and the 24/7 support service.
Objectives of the role:
The salary is in accordance with Social and Community Services Award 2010 - Level 8.1. Salary packaging is also available.
