Support Officers will manage the current increase in applications for government support due to Coronavirus.
Join a Federal Department who provide essential services and support.
Once the applicant lodges an online application, the Service Officers are responsible for carrying out the initial check and verifying that all required information has been submitted. They will follow strict guidelines and be following up with applicants over the phone, if any information provided is inaccurate/ missing.
This is a temporary position which is anticipated could run until December depending on workload. Full Time 7.5 hours per day.
Note as this is an essential service you will be required to work from the office during lockdown.
