Hannah's House is a Perth based, not-for-profit organisation who make a positive impact to families in the community. We offer flexible, individualised in-home care to children with life limiting or complex care conditions. We provide a high standard of care and support to assist the emotional and psycho-social well-being of the child.

The current roles we are recruiting for are in the central and north east regions of Perth.

 As a Hannah's House Support Worker, you will be working in the family home of our clients with children who have complex care needs. You will build rapport with your client and their family to provide a broad scope of essential domestic, social, respite and personal care services.  

Duties and responsibilities may include:

  • Personal Care
  • Feeding
  • Social Support
  • Interactive Playtime
  • Assisting with Health Care Procedures

Skills and Experience:

  • WA Driver's license
  • Experience within a care or health setting
  • Confident with handling and supporting children
  • A genuine interest in caring for children with disabilities
  • Experience and training in complex support such as PEG feeding or seizure management is highly desirable however we have a team of clinical educators who are eager to provide training to suitable candidates

Mandatory requirements needed to be rostered with our clients are:

  • First Aid Certificate with CPR
  • Manual Handling certificate
  • Working with Children card (or able to obtain one)
  • NDIS worker screening clearance (or able to obtain one)
