Are you passionate about supporting people with a Disability to live their best life? Do you enjoy working as part of a team while mentoring and encouraging your colleagues?
Hamlet Place is a small Not for Profit supporting 2 participants in a Family-governed SIL home.
We work together with participants, family members, and directors to ensure those we support live a full, meaningful life.
We are looking for a mentor to lead our team and oversee the running of the home while working alongside their colleagues. There will be an additional administrative component. The house is 24/7, though not occupied during the day as the residents are at their workplace or day program.
We are looking for someone experienced in a SIL environment, with strong mentoring, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Has a strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
Who demonstrates person-centred practice methods, upholds participants' rights and enables quality compliance. Has ability to manage rostering, and workplace legislation terms and conditions of employment and service delivering in the NDIS space efficiently.
Who has a passion for empowering individuals and promoting independence for participants and co-workers.
