As Senior chef at Hamlet you will be responsible for:

• Providing supervision and training to junior staff and Hamlet participants
• Management of cafe kitchen
• Staff management and empowerment
• Contributing to menu development
• Maintaining relationships with Hamlet suppliers
• Maintaining of food safety program
