We are passionate about providing dynamic and creative ways for children, young people, adults and families to make positive change and achieve fulfilling lives. We support people with complex disability and mental health issues and people who are neurodivergent. Our team of experienced psychologists, therapists, PBS practitioners and specialist and support coordinators provide support, therapy and learning so that people can reach their full potential. We also provide training and capacity building to organisations in the community sector.

In this role you will have the opportunity to drive real change for people with disability, their families and support systems through:

  • Providing specialist assessment, consultation, therapeutic interventions and professional services.
  • Developing effective interventions using assessment, treatment, programming, behaviour support, therapeutic program development and research skills.
  • Improving the quality of services provided to people with disability by providing expert behaviour support and intervention in line with contemporary and evidence-based practice.
  • Undertaking specific adaptive functioning, risk and behaviour-related assessments.
  • Preparing, writing, delivering and implementing psychosocial and behaviour assessment reports as well as quality behaviour support plans.

Our head office is in Coburg, with some work throughout Melbourne and surrounds including Geelong.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field. For example, Disability studies, Community Services, Education, Psychology, Social Work, Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
  • Employee Working with Children Check and NDIS worker screening check
  • Current drivers licence and access to reliable vehicle for offsite travel.
