• Hold a current TAE40116 or TAE40122 and or higher.
• Hold BSB – Business service training package of Certificate III or higher.
• Australian recognised qualification in business at a minimum certificate III level, or verifiable professional experience to this level or above

It would be highly desirable if you have previous experience in a CRICOS RTO and understand PRISMS (student management system). The position also includes administration requirements using student management systems, which include PowerPro, PRISMS and AVETMISS reporting.

About the role

The responsibility of the Training Officer is to plan, organise and deliver group based learning of vocational competence, consistent within the scope of registration of ISTA. Training Officer with Institute of Skills and Training Australia is an RTO & CRICOS provider.

The Training Officer will ensure that all training complies with the standards as defined by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and is responsible for all the assessments, resulting and registration of students into the various data bases required by the company. The position also includes performing basic administration, dealing with customer enquiries and recording of training information.
