Human Resources Manager

  • Maternity Leave Contract (12 Months)
  • Management Contract - $100,000pa - $110,000pa plus superannuation

HR Manager provides HR leadership and support throughout all of GTNT Group's business units. This position will work cohesively with GTNT Group Managers and Senior Leaders to promote best-practice management and innovative approaches to mitigate company risks.

About the Position

This role is responsible for managing a small team's day to day responsibilities, in addition to providing innovative approaches to HR services including the management of work health and safety for the company and workers compensation. 

The Human Resources Manager will provide higher level advisory services for industrial relations and employment relation matters, contribute to the company's strategic direction with the overall aim to improve performance, engagement, retention and culture for GTNT Group.

About You

To be successful, you will require:

  • A qualification of Diploma or higher in Human Resources, and/or relevant professional experience in a senior or management level position
  • Demonstrated experience with the management of workplace health and safety including management of workers compensation claims
  • Capability to provide leadership to the Management team with advisory support in industrial relations and employment law matters
  • Sound generalist knowledge of HR, performance management, employee relations, equity and diversity, recruitment and modern award interpretation
  • Ability to strategically mitigate company risk with high-level analytic and problem-solving skills, whilst having the capacity to successful delivery high-quality outcomes.


Commencement salary will depend on demonstrated level of skill, knowledge and experience in the Human Resources sector.
