Reporting to the Victorian Microfinance Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with our Victorian network of microfinance providers. You will deliver exceptional support to increase the reach and impact of NILS in Victoria, offering a first point of contact for our NILS Client Support Providers. This involves actively engaging with the network, including coordinating and attending regional network meetings and other regional events around Victoria; and building network capacity to deliver NILS to clients, by supporting ongoing training.

Our team has nearly doubled over the last couple of years and we’re proud that women make up 63% of management and to have team engagement scores that are some of the highest nationally. In addition, our remuneration includes generous salary packaging benefits that can increase take home pay.
