- Experience and expertise in the provision of Case Management for women and children experiencing family violence and homeless ness, specifically with women from a migrant, refugee and culturally diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of feminist theory and contemporary family violence practice including the gendered nature of violence, social justice principles, crisis intervention and working with trauma
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply risk management frameworks (MARAM) and Information sharing principles.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing trauma-informed professional responses to women and children at risk, who are using alcohol or other substances and or have experienced abuse and trauma
