Our office is committed to building strong communities by providing exceptional one-on-one support to constituents as well as building and maintaining good relationships with organisations, groups and key stakeholders to advance the Greens principles of social and economic justice, environmental sustainability, grassroots democracy and peace and nonviolence.
The primary focus of the Electorate Officer is to be the initial point of contact for all constituent enquiries and provide administrative support to the Member, ensuring the efficient operation of the electorate office. The Electorate Officer will also be involved in supporting projects focused on communication, outreach and community engagement in line with the priorities of the office.
This position is full-time, initially for up to 6 months. Subject to satisfactory performance, the role may then convert to an ongoing employment contract with the support of the Member.

Total remuneration package includes salary ($69,761 pa – $79,345 pa), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and leave loading. Salary includes an all incidence allowance of $6,562 per annum.
Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.
