THE TEAM

Working in the Gifts in Wills program, within the High Value Team, this role collaborates closely with the Gifts in Wills Manager by managing day-to-day tasks across acquisition and retention activities, and by building and nurturing existing relationships with donors.

Additionally, you will work closely with and provide support to the Middle Donor and Major donor programs as needed, helping to power Greenpeace campaigns.

THE ROLE

Greenpeace is fiercely independent which means that we never accept any money from any government, business or political party and are 100 percent donor funded.

You will facilitate key streams of financial support to fund high-impact campaigns in line with our mission. We do this by providing positive, warm, informed and inspirational interactions with Greenpeace’s supporters and informing them about the opportunities to donate to Greenpeace campaigns.

Your role encourages loyal supporters to leave a charitable gift in their will to Greenpeace. More than a financial transaction, a gift in their will can help a donor to make a difference to the environment and the planet for future generations.

This is a great role to learn more about Gifts in Wills and High Value fundraising, while helping to protect the planet.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will possess a remarkable knack for fostering meaningful connections both online and in face-to-face interactions, navigating various personalities.

Providing a high attention to detail, organisation and analytical acumen to the role you will be proficient in Excel and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Greenpeace, our supporters and the natural environment.

In addition, the following experience is desired:

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in an Administration or Coordinator role;
  • Experience working with suppliers and/or vendors;
  • Experience in stakeholder management and engagement;
  • Experience in administration;
  • Fundraising experience.
