THE TEAM

The Donor Development team at Greenpeace Australia Pacific play an important role connecting donors with inspiring experiences of Greenpeace so our campaigns continue to delight, engage and empower them. We align our fundraising activity with core Greenpeace campaigns, to ensure we create maximum impact.

A highly collaborative team working across the organisation, we are responsible for building a culture of excellence and best practice in supporter experience and donor communications enabling Greenpeace Australia Pacific to leverage its financial power to win campaigns.

THE ROLE

Greenpeace Australia Pacific is looking for a Donor Retention and Supporter Journey Specialist to join us on a 12-month contract basis for a hugely exciting year as we take our supporter experience and marketing technology vision to the next level.

This role is responsible for the supporter journey programme, devising and executing a range of supporter experience and content initiatives to improve donor loyalty by delivering exceptional personalised experiences which delight and inspire donors in their interactions with Greenpeace Australia Pacific.

This role is highly collaborative and you’ll work with agency partners and staff across the organisation to plan and deliver both the creative content and technical digital elements of supporter journeys, within the Hubspot Marketing Platform, to increase digital activism and donations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a highly motivated digital native and multi-talented storyteller, with the content marketing skills to inspire donors, and the data driven approach to optimise existing journeys and drive continuous improvement in supporter interactions.

You’ll love working on the tools, be confident getting into the details of analytics, metrics, and multivariate testing approaches, and bring a genuine excitement about the intersection of technology and supporter experience that is infectious.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A proven track record in hands on supporter journey planning, and in designing and delivering Customer Experience (CX) strategy across channels.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing automation, creative content strategy and production.
  • Strong project management knowledge, and experience managing relationships with external suppliers.

You’ll also have:

  • Technical knowledge of a variety of marketing technologies and marketing automation tools (Hubspot Marketing Platform, Wordpress, Salesforce) and social media channels.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills to improve retention and conversion.
  • Interpersonal relationship skills, in particular building constructive and long-term relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrated self-guided learning and willingness to keep up to date with new features, channels and strategies for marketing automation.

Salary $86,188.42 per annum + Superannuation.
