You’ll also provide education and training to help the wider organisation improve their use of the ProActis system, and support them to process invoices correctly. Excellent record keeping and maintaining the supplier master file are also key aspects of the role.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a creative problem solver, who loves to try new things, seek solutions, and improve systems and processes. As someone with previous accounts payable experience, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running, and bring your finance skills and attention to detail to the role. You’ll also love working in a close knit team, and be an enthusiastic and approachable team player.

You’ll also have:

  • A good understanding of accounting and accrual principles;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Proficiency with Google suite programs (particularly docs and sheets) and Microsoft Excel;
  • Familiarity with accounting software (knowledge of SunSystems and ProActis are a plus!); and
  • Efficient and accurate data entry capabilities.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

  • Frequent learning and development opportunities, and the chance to grow in the role;
  • The chance to put your finance skills to work for a cause, and contribute to an organisation that’s trying to change the world!;
  • A genuine approach to wellbeing, including flexible working arrangements and an integrity framework;
  • An organisation filled with talented, warm, and caring team members, so that you can bring your whole self to work; and
  • A culture that celebrates justice and belonging.
  • Salary $60,725.82 per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation
