Job Description
As an OSHC Assistant Manager you will lead a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths.

You will support the manager and will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success.
As Nominated Supervisor you are responsible for compliance and exceeding practices and you manage the budgetary and administrative aspects of the service.
Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.
Availability to work Full time 38 hours per week Monday to Friday Block/Split shifts as required during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care.
