Due to continued growth of our Strategic Communications team we have a brand new role for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take on the responsibility for the direction and implementation of digital marketing strategies for Goodstart Early Learning.

Within this new role your key responsibilities will include:

• Refine the integrated digital marketing strategy and manage its implementation.
• Direct digital marketing agencies to ensure work meets agreed standards and goals for the digital marketing plan
• Direct and manage digital marketing activity for family campaigns to support attract, convert and retain strategies
• Market the Goodstart brand through current and emerging digital channels in order to increase engagement and improve brand preference to new and existing families
• Develop and manage Goodstart’s public facing web presence
• Manage website content and data across the digital platform
• Review new technologies and keep the strategic communications team up to date with developments

To be considered for this exciting role it is essential you meet the following criteria:

• Formal tertiary qualification /or working towards a qualification in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of six years’ work experience in a digital marketing, web, data position
• Hands-on experience in a professional marketing function, ideally within a large, multi-site organisation.
• Experience in brand management in the digital environment
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and administering organisational-wide digital marketing strategies, action plans, policies and procedures.
