Position Purpose
Collaboratively develop and manage the Good Sammy marketing and branding strategy in all forums, including online, establishing Good Sammy as an industry leader and driving our organisational purpose:
To create meaningful employment opportunities and pathways for people with disabilities.
Key Accountablities
- In consultation with the Chief Customer Officer, develop a marketing strategy that brings our Good Sammy values and purpose to life, and supports the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage all marketing for the organisation and coordinate all activities within the marketing function.
- Be responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future opportunities.
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Identify and understand the customer and client journey to implement strategies to improve customer/client experience.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Expand and develop marketing platforms including digital and social media platforms.
- Experience in a digital marketing and good knowledge of core digital marketing principles - either client or agency side; ideally in the charity sector.
- Experience using Google Analytics to monitor website performance and can confidently suggest actionable insight from reports.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Ability to design and create signage, banners and point of sale.
Selection Competencies
- Bachelor Degree (or higher) preferably in Marketing or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing a CRM System.
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Strong project management skills
- Contemporary and hands on digital marketing skills
- Creative design skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative style, with an ability to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
