About You

We are looking for an energetic Retail Assistant with an interest in health and wholefoods, to work in our Alexandria showroom as a weekend casual. Fantastic customer service skills and previous experience in a retail environment will be highly regarded. Honesty, reliability and excellent communication skills are essential. This position requires a friendly, self-motivated individual who has an interest in organic and healthy foods and is a people person.

About the role

To be successful in this role, you need to be available to work Saturday, Sunday and occasional weekdays. Whilst this role is predominantly based at Alexandra, some merchandising support will be required at one of our supplier retail stores. Main duties include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to our retail showroom customers
• Assist in the management of the stock quantities, quality, dispatch and storage of products.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising of all products
• Processing transactions accurately
