The Marketing team is a service provider to the entire Institute. We provide crucial support to helping teams within the Foundation to achieve their supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion objectives and income targets. We support laboratories and executive and professional teams outside the Foundation with marketing needs.
Sitting within the Marketing team, the key purpose and core responsibility of the Digital Officer is to update and add additional content, maintain and continually improve Garvan's website, in alignment with the brand strategy to drive awareness of Garvan, whilst working with internal key stakeholders that the content demonstrates our scientific excellence, increase understanding of what we do and will increase support for our research.
Salary: $85,000 + 11% super + salary packaging

The Digital Officer is a dynamic role, primarily responsible for maintaining the day to day responsibilities of Garvan's website, facilitating accurate website GA4 tracking and reporting, and providing recommendations for data-driven optimisations across our digital marketing channels.
