The role

This role will play a critical part in advancing gforce's fit-for-purpose business systems by ensuring that system changes and implementations meet the diverse needs of the organisation's business units.

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new information systems, and significant changes to existing information systems. From initial requirement identification, through coordinating solution evaluation and selection, culminating in the delivery of user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live education.

The successful applicant will:

• Gather, assess and translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
• Assess competing solution proposals against business requirements, in partnership with key stakeholders
• Design, perform and review User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collect, verify and analyse relevant data and information to support the objectives of a project
• Produce and deliver high-quality training on new systems to staff, via a range of mediums

Do you have?

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate between technical knowledge and business requirements
• Proven success implementing information systems as solutions to business requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or similar field or;
• 3+ years of relevant experience
