Within this role you will work closely with the Chair and Deputy Chairs to manage and support the activities of the WHSN. This include providing significant administrative support, support in pursuing network partnerships and progressing key actions and activities on behalf of the WHSN.

About the Victorian Women’s Health Services Network

The Stakeholder Engagement and Executive Support Officer role plays an important part in supporting the twelve Women’s Health Services Network (WHSN) members and reports to the Chair of the WHSN.

The WHSN comprises 12 separate independent not for profit Women’s Health organisations that all share a common goal - to improve the health and wellbeing of all women across Victoria.

The services are leaders in primary prevention, health promotion and intersectional gender equity applied in place-based settings.

Together, the WHSN forms a strategic statewide, place-based network of Women’s Health Services.

The Women’s Health Services (WHS) comprise:

  • 3 Statewide services
    • Women’s Health Victoria (WHV)
    • Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health (MCWH)
    • Women with Disabilities Victoria (WDV)
  • 4 Metropolitan Based services
    • GenWest
    • Women’s Health in the South East (WHISE)
    • Women’s Health East (WHE)
    • Women’s Health in the North (WHIN)
  • 5 Rural Based Services
    • Women’s Health and Wellbeing Barwon South West (WHWBSW)
    • Women’s Health Grampians (WHG)
    • Women’s Health Loddon Mallee (WHLM)
    • Women’s Health Goulburn North East (WHGNE)
    • Gippsland Women’s Health (GWH)

Offers of employment will be conditional upon satisfactory background checks including reference checks and Criminal History Check.

Please note this role is a part-time (0.6) contract, ending 30 June 2026.
