We are seeking Specialist Family Violence Practitioners to join our growing team of skilled professionals at The Orange Door. Positions are available at our new Werribee hub. This role is available on a full-time or part time (0.9 EFT) basis ranging from $88,277.80 - $98,111.52 pro rata EFT + superannuation + $15,990 salary sacrificing.

This role provides a specialist first point of contact for those experiencing family violence, those choosing to use violence and assessment of child and wellbeing needs. As a first point of contact our staff provide a client centred, timely response which may take the form of family violence risk assessments, safety planning, child wellbeing assessments, brief intervention, and provision of referral pathways.

This role sits within an integrated team model, where experts work together from varying agencies to reduce the impact of family violence on victim survivors and increase service accountability. This integrated model is an incredible opportunity for upskilling, exposure, and family violence professionalism.
