  • Part time (0.5 FTE), max term opportunity until 1st July 2026.
  • Located at our East Melbourne office near Jolimont Station with onsite parking with WFH opportunities.

About the role

Reporting to the Evaluation Lead, you will lead the implementation of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. You will design and manage evaluation activities, collect and analyse data, and develop insights to support continuous improvement in GP training delivery. You will work collaboratively with internal departments, education providers, and regional stakeholders to ensure evaluation outcomes inform evidence-based decision-making and enhance program quality.

As our Senior Evaluation Officer, you'll also:

  • Implement the National Monitoring and Evaluation Framework and lead regional evaluation activities.
  • Design and manage data collection tools, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, and report on findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to support evidence-based improvements in GP training.
  • Provide expert advice on evaluation strategies and contribute to building evaluation capability across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong evaluation and data analysis expertise
  • Skilled in survey design and qualitative methods
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in health or education sectors
