The role

Reporting to the Head of Donor Operations, the Insights and Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role for the Private Giving Team through providing actionable insights and optimisation efforts that enhance donor engagement and inform the development of a high performing private giving function. The Insights and Reporting Analyst is responsible for data analysis and reporting, insights generation and performance measurement and process improvement. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner, that also improves the team’s capability in translating data and fosters a culture of data-driven decision-making.

About YOU

• Ideally experience in a philanthropy, fundraising or sales environment
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting and generating insights
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and audience
• Strong numerical and critical reasoning skills
• Results oriented, with attention to detail and a growth mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
