Reporting to the Head of Donor Operations, the Insights and Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role for the Private Giving Team through providing actionable insights and optimisation efforts that enhance donor engagement and inform the development of a high performing private giving function. The Insights and Reporting Analyst is responsible for data analysis and reporting, insights generation and performance measurement and process improvement. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner, that also improves the team’s capability in translating data and fosters a culture of data-driven decision-making.
