Reporting to the Director, Community Engagement the Head of Fundraising and Philanthropy plays a critical role in diversifying the income streams of MacKillop Family Services by developing and implementing a multi-year strategy to grow income from the community.
You will manage a collaborative team and a multi-channel fundraising program including direct mail campaigns, regular giving, community fundraising, bequests, corporate support and major gifts. You will drive sustainable growth in supporter engagement and philanthropic income, while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your leadership will help embed a thriving culture of philanthropy across the organisation.
As a member of the MacKillop team, you will be eligible for salary packaging up to $18,550 per year, opportunities for flexible hours, career development initiatives, study leave, EAP and training in Sanctuary’s trauma-informed organisational framework.
