The Head of Donor Operations is a pivotal role that will drive all aspects of prospect research, analytics and management, in alignment with WVA’s current and long-term philanthropic goals. This includes providing exceptional leadership, management, support and strategic direction to the Donor Operations Team in ensuring fundraising objectives.
In this exciting and dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a fit for purpose approach to WVA’s prospect development function, ensuring that the fundraising team can effectively identify and engage with potential donors. Another key focus is analysing data, generating reports and providing actionable insights to enhance donor engagement and optimise fundraising efforts. The position is an integral member of the Private Funding Leadership Team (PFLT) and is instrumental in fostering a culture of Philanthropy within the organisation.
