The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving Green Collect's revenue growth. The role has a small team which will assist in carrying out the overall strategy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Manage a small sales team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
