ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal health for our patients.

This key role in our Medical Practice is to provide quality nursing services and develop contemporary models of clinical care with a particular focus on chronic disease management. Experience in a General Practice Nurse role is preferred but not essential. We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in primary care. Fantastic working environment with a supportive clinical and administrate team.

ABOUT YOU

For you to be successful in this role you will be a motivated, flexible health professional passionate about influencing positive change in a primary health setting. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of nursing duties and provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients.

To be successful in this role you will bring with you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven clinical problem-solving skills to maximise patient care
  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment providing outcome-based care.
  • The ability to work autonomously
