Garnduwa is looking for a Kimberley Spirit Program Manager (KSPM) to join their team in January 2024, responsible for the coordination, implementation, and strategic planning of the Kimberley Spirit Program across the Kimberley.
This program is the Kimberley region’s recognised talent pathway for Australian Rules Football, prioritising on and off-field development.
The primary objective of this position is to manage and deliver Garnduwa’s Kimberley Spirit Football Program, whilst ensuring the Kimberley Sport, Art & Culture Project and Active Leaders Program, are embedded within the Kimberley wide program and its delivery.
The KSPM provides managerial support to the Women in Sport Coordinator and the Fitzroy Valley Football Operations Officer. This position will be required to ensure the effective and compliant delivery of the program across Kimberley townships and surrounding remote communities.
The role is based in Broome, however, has a Kimberley wide footprint and the ability to travel regularly and remotely is an integral requirement of this role.
