We are looking for someone to join our purpose-led high-growth scaleup and as the Senior Marketing Manager. You'll be the mastermind behind crafting and executing marketing strategies that supercharge the growth of the Future Super and Verve brands while also winning over our members' hearts. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Believes in Future Group’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
  • Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
  • If you have 7+ years of marketing experience under your belt, ideally in B2C marketing (especially for challenger brands), and you're familiar with martech tools like CMSs and communications software, we want to hear from you!
  • Is ready to bring campaign management skills and overriding customer focus to the table, and collaborate on crafting compelling customer-facing content that drives results.
  • You are organised and comfortable working with senior leaders across marketing, digital product, communications, investment, compliance and more. This is a visible role and we hope you love driving key initiatives forward.
  • You’re able to break brand vision down into actionable channel driven strategies, which you’ll support with some powerful data.

Some nice-to-haves but are not essential are:

  • Here are some extra skills and experiences that would really make you shine cross functionally: diving into data to drive strategies, knowing the ins and outs of project management, a firm understanding of SEO and SEM, being a social media guru, nailing email campaigns and journeys, having a background in finance, and staying ahead of marketing trends.

As the Senior Marketing Manager you will:

  • Lead projects to acquire customers, boost brand reputation, and ensure stellar member experiences. From directing compelling website messaging to leveraging member insights, you'll collaborate across teams and functions to drive marketing campaigns and brand decision-making every step of the way. Collaborating closely with our Head of Marketing, you'll develop strategies to build member loyalty and advocate for our brands. Your insights will shape our content and drive innovation across the board.
