Empowering young people to thrive! Motivated by the belief that people matter and by Christian values, Fusion has worked for over 60 years to transform lives, with a focus on the development and growth of young people.

Operating from 16 locations across Australia from Southern Tasmania to Western Sydney to Geraldton in Western Australia, we deliver a diverse range of services including youth homeless shelters, school-based youth education and training, mental health accommodation services and building and maintenance accessibility services.

Our Board is undergoing renewal and seeks to strengthen its skill base by recruiting two Appointed Board Directors (voluntary) who can bring their specialist expertise in Care/Clinical/Service Quality Governance or Finance/Accounting to the Fusion Board as it fulfils its strategic direction-setting, oversight, and governance responsibilities.

To enhance our capacity to deliver on our purpose, Fusion is seeking to structure a diverse board of committed individuals, with a range of thinking styles, qualifications, skills, and life experiences.
