We are a sustainability focussed social enterprise innovating in circular economy, strategic planning, built environment and digital solutions. We are seeking to contract a self-employed general admin virtual assistant to support our CEO.

Must have your own work from home setup, insurances and ABN.

We support our contractors entrepreneurship growth through flexibility, mentoring, training/development opportunities and introductions.

responsibilities

The VA undertakes calendar management for the CEO, general admin tasks, social media, word processing and document creation (bio's, reports etc), research, data entry and website updates. We need you to provide at least 2 x 15minute contact time blocks during 8am-5pm Monday to Friday for calendar management and we need you to meet agreed deadlines for tasks. The tasks typically call for around 10 hours a week with room for increase according to your skillset, interest, availability and capability.

You will be aligned to our social impact and environmental sustainability vision as a valued member of our team. You will be highly self-motivated, reliable, responsible and take great initiative. Mandatory requirements include fluency with Outlook, Word, Facebook, LinkedIn. Excellent written and oral communication skills at a corporate level.

Desirable attributes include fluency with Canva and experience in any of the following sectors: circular economy/sustainability, strategic planning and governance and policy, built environment and construction, design, asset management, data and digital innovation, marketing and PR, scientific/academic research.
