FORM Building a state of creativity

About Us

FORM Building a State of Creativity Limited (FORM) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation based in Claremont and our purpose is to be a leader in developing a vibrant creative economy for the benefit and wellbeing of all Western Australian communities.
