About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Member Engagement Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Engagement Manager, this is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day needs of our community partners across Queensland. You'll help onboard new members, keep communication flowing, and make sure everyone gets the support they need. We are open to full time and part time applicants able to work Tuesday to Friday. To support Members attending our Distribution Centres, this role will operate from 7am to 3pm.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and onboard new members, providing training and support
  • Help members use our systems (like our web shop and CRM)
  • Maintain accurate records for membership, renewals, and suspensions
  • Provide friendly, responsive customer service by phone, email, and in person
  • Keep our member communication channels running smoothly
  • Collect and manage member feedback
  • Support our team with admin tasks and key projects

Who You Are

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisation and time-management abilities
  • Confidence using computers and learning new systems (CRM/ERP experience is a bonus!)
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently when needed
  • A keen eye for detail and a love of ticking things off your to-do list
  • A relevant qualification or similar experience is a plus, especially in admin and/or customer service.
