About the Position

Based in Ipswich, we are looking for an experienced rostering support officer who is able to hit the ground running. The Roster Support Officer plays a key role within the team and is responsible for ensuring our workforce is utilised efficiently and clients enjoy smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and distribution of client and staff rosters
  • Maintaining accuracy of database to meet compliance standards
  • Ensure rosters are in line with approved fee schedules
  • Support management to improve efficiencies
  • Fulfil tasks necessary to ensure client and staff satisfaction

About you

  • Reliable - Motivated - Passion for positive outcomes
  • Relevant Rostering and Scheduling experience
  • Availability to participate in a rotating On-Call roster which can include evenings up to10pm (on call phone) or weekends
  • Highly developed communication skills and able to connect with stakeholders that include participants, carers, people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
  • Write professional correspondence and reports
  • High level of interpersonal skills with an emphasis on maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all dealings
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive
  • Ability to follow Policy and Procedure
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent administration skills and use of digital tools
  • Good decision making and time management skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Blue Card & Yellow / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Card
  • Strong work ethic and good reliability
