Flourish Girl promotes the mental health and emotional intelligence of girls and gender-diverse teens in schools. Since 2018, we have positively impacted over 20,000 young people in more than 150 schools across Victoria.

Our vision is to empower Australian girls and gender-diverse teens to flourish as their best selves, and our mission is to boost their self-confidence, self-awareness, and social connectedness for a brighter future.

As a Melbourne-based Flourish Girl facilitator, you will be a deeply committed and self-aware individual who leverages extensive knowledge, diverse life experience, unique perspectives, and expertise to deliver transformational education programs to the young people we serve.

Your role is to create and guide safe experiences where young individuals have the opportunity to connect with themselves, each other, and their life’s purpose.

You will achieve this through delivering full-day workshops that empower young people to look inward, connect, and, explore who the person is that they aspire to be.
