About the role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager – Disability, Early Years & Palliative Care, provides strategic direction and leadership across Disability, Early Years and Palliative Care, to deliver innovative and sustainable growth opportunities where the consumer experience is front and centre. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will support the delivery of the MCM Group Strategy and play a significant role in contributing to the future strategic direction. With an operational budget of approximately $40 million and a team of around 400, you will be responsible for achieving excellence in client service delivery across a complex and diverse business.

A strategic and influential senior executive, with significant experience leading a broad range of human services, who thrives in a dynamic and transforming business environment, you will be a proven leader of change. Able to inspire and unite diverse teams, lift the competency and capability of highly skilled staff, you will have excelled at driving a positive workplace culture to deliver financially sustainable services. Proactive, collaborative and innovative in approach, with a deep knowledge of co-design models and contemporary frameworks that are outcomes orientated, you will enjoy working with others to achieve strategic goals.
