An opportunity to contribute towards building fit-for-purpose organisational wellbeing solutions by understanding psychosocial risk factors that impact psychological health in the workplace at Fire Rescue Victoria. You will provide specialist advice on the risk management of organisational psychosocial hazards underpinned by Occupational Health and Safety legislation. You will report to the Manager Psychological Services and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary psychological professionals and Employee Support Services.

As the Principal Occupational Psychologist working with other team members, you will apply knowledge of psychological principles, best practice standards, and behavioural insights to support the development and implementation of organisational wellbeing programs that proactively protect, promote, and support the wellbeing of FRV employees, retirees, and their families. In addition, you will co-create and implement best practice interventions and initiatives to enhance leadership capability in the proactive protection and promotion of mental health.
