Key Responsibilities:
1) Fundraising Campaigns and Reporting
- Support the day-to-day delivery of fundraising campaigns (e.g., Appeals, Regular Giving, and (Community Fundraising).
- Assist with designing and delivering a calendar of supporter engagement activities e.g. webinars and in-person events.
- Assist with preparing reports and conducting analysis to monitor the success of fundraising campaigns and supporter care.
2) Supporter Care
- Monitor and manage all inbound communications with supporters, ensuring resolution or escalation following the agreed process.
- Undertake outbound calls in line with supporter journeys including thank you calls, address updates, declines, and credit card expiry.
- Implement the supporter stewardship guidelines to build supporter engagement and increase lifetime value by issuing receipts, ensuring timely and accurate thanking, and providing exceptional supporter care.
- Support the socks and beanies on-consignment process during the Big Freeze campaign, providing exceptional supporter care by managing enquiries and administration support.
- Assist with reviewing and implementing improvements to the supporter care processes and procedures to optimise efficiencies and ensure the supporter is at the heart of everything we do.
3) Administration
- Deliver general administration tasks e.g., timely data entry and updates.
- Support the fulfilment requirements for fundraising campaigns including managing the off-site storage facility.
4) Other
- Develop positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including people with lived experience of Motor Neurone Disease.
- Provide support to other areas of the business during peak periods (e.g., Big Freeze).
- Contribute positively to FightMND culture.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a fundraising or consumer-focused environment.
- Excellent administrative skills with the ability to understand and process complex tasks and procedures.
- Technologically savvy and digitally literate, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
