The Wellbeing Manager is a community based role where you will travel to clients' homes to complete assessments and care plans. We are ideally looking for someone who resides in the Southern end of Far North Coast, NSW.
This is a 2 year fixed term contract working full time hours (with potential for renewal). You will travel throughout your broader region visting clients in their home. You will have the option of a salary sacrificed company vehicle or daily travel allowance.
