The Federation is the Victorian state-wide body that convenes and advocates for the rights and interests of Traditional Owners while progressing wider social, economic, environmental, and cultural objectives. We support the progress of agreement-making and participation in decision-making to enhance the authority of Traditional Owner Corporations on behalf of their communities.

First Nations supports Victorian Traditional Owners prepare and lodge native title and settlement act claims and make associated agreements.
Our work is evidence based with our research team providing objective and independent insight into Traditional Owners' connection to Country through primary anthropological and historical research.
This is a broad-ranging creative design and editing role servicing two organisations.
Working closely with the Campaigns & Advocacy Advisor, the Digital Communications Officer is responsible for delivering on the external communications requirements of the Federation and First Nations.
This position is a 12 month fixed term contract. The Federation offers the opportunity to maximise benefits with our salary packaging scheme.
