Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Prospecting: Identify and engage corporate, SME, and school clients to drive growth.
  • Product Sampling: Coordinate and execute product sampling for corporate and SME sectors to showcase Farmwall’s offerings.
  • Lunch and Learns: Deliver engaging educational sessions to promote Farmwall’s products and values.
  • Corporate Facilitation: Lead workshops and team-building activities for corporate clients.
  • ESG Data Tracking: Manage Scope 3 data for clients to support environmental sustainability reporting.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with client information, activities, and sales opportunities.
  • School Program Involvement: Participate in school-based programs, offering support for educational initiatives.
  • Event & Conference Attendance: Represent Farmwall at relevant industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Develop and foster partnerships with external stakeholders to expand Farmwall’s reach.
  • Competition Reporting: Monitor competitors and report insights to help refine Farmwall’s strategy.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Execute Farmwall’s sales strategy, working towards revenue targets and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate sustainability, ESG data, and circular economy principles.
  • Driven: A track record of achieving KPIs and being goal-oriented.
  • Passionate: A drive to make a difference: We’re looking for someone committed to sustainability, eager to be an advocate and ambassador for solutions that truly matter.
  • Professional: Excellent presentation skills, a polished appearance, and strong personal skills.
  • Social: Ability to be a “social chameleon,” adapting to different environments and clients with ease.
  • Drivers Licence: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
